Swimming Program

The program’s goal is to produce a highly conditioned athlete with more power and strength and less susceptibility to injury. Water Polo will also include grip strength and hand/eye coordination.

This Program is designed to develop the High School Swimmer for sports performance. Program includes medical oversight, nutritional requirements and partnership with NCSA for college placement. Participants will train four times weekly for three months immediately preceding the start of Fall season for women, Winter season for men and Spring season for water polo.
